Shipping
Most orders for in-stock items at the time of your packing - will ship within 48 hours after receipt of order/payment that was made on a business day - *the same day is not included in the 48 hours. i.e. came in on a Monday - Not shipped until Wednesday (Saturday and Sunday & Holidays not included).. Orders that are not in stock or partials may be shipped up to 7 to 10 business days following our receipt of the order (Saturday and Sunday & Holidays not included)*.

 

Because we shipped from different location, some items may be shipped in separate shipments.  Please be informed that we reserve the right to ship your package to you, in whichever shipping method that our various shipping location is using.  If your package is coming from our New York location,  in most instance it will either ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express only.  Any of our other shipping locations will be utilizing, UPS,  USPS, FedEx, OR DHL - therefore, please make sure that your address is correct. Note: If your shipping method is Express and your order has to be shipped in separate shipments from either different locations or same locations, (due to the size of an item, availability an item from that locations) - please be informed the majority of your order will be shipped Express, but the smaller portion of your order will go priority or ground ship.

Also, Customer please be informed when you pay for Express 1 - 2 days Shipping it mean the shipping method that is used after your order was shipped  It does not mean that you have paid for a rush order service or same day ship service from our Company.

Please be informed that once we have shipped your merchandise and provided you with a confirmation #, tracking # or any information that the shipper has given us that match with your package, we are no longer responsibility for the non delivery of that package. Please contact the shipper that we have listed on the Customer's Status Data Base.

  • Average delivery of 2-3 days, however Priority mail has no guarantee
  • Verify delivery with Delivery Confirmation.
