RETURNS -
Please email us at
thegiftshops@aol.com for a return merchandise authorization
number (RMA).
...only when the following
conditions are met:
1) Request for RMA# is within
48 hours of delivery date of merchandise
2) RMA # has been issued from "The Gift Shops" via e-mail -
thegiftshops@aol.com
3) RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment
packaging
4) The returned item, and packaging, is in "brand new"
condition
5) The packaging is not damaged. (We will refuse all damaged
packages from shippers)
6) The return package has been postmarked and shipped back
within 2 business days of request for return authorization

7) Shipping charges will not be refunded. All return
shipping is the customer responsibility.***If it is our
error - customer is refunded back the cost of the return
shipping, once package has been received back in "brand new"
condition.
8) Please send back all packages either UPS or USPS Priority
Mail with confirmation, only packages received back in
"brand new" condition will be refunded shipping cost, if it
our error.
9) Be sure to include the packing
slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
10) For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be
refused.
11) Reshipment of refused packages will be charged to you at
the current UPS or USPS shipping rate.
**Our policy is that all returns
must have a RMA#, however it must be noted that this Policy must
strictly be adhered to for all
products on our site BridalOccasion.com, that is shipping
from CANADA. Therefore, it it understood by all parties, that if prior
approval is not obtained from our Company via email
and a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) is not placed on
the return package, and that package is sent back or refused by you the Customer, that
you will not only not be refunded back for your shipping cost, (which
is our standard practice and a 15% restock fee), you will not
be refund anything back for the following reason. At
Canada Border, for security purposes, if a package is received back and it does not
have the RMA# (which we get directly from the MFT in
Canada) they will not send the package on to the MFT, they
will destroy the package at the Border, thus everyone lose.
As stated EARLIER our
merchandise can be shipped from different locations - therefore, All
packages must be returned to:

Unless a different return
shipping address is stated at the time of the issuing of RMA
# . No returns after 5 days of the delivery date.
Any returns not following these
posted guidelines are subject to refusal or
25% restocking fee and is up to the discretion of
"The Gift Shops"
