Please be informed
The Gift Shop's and all our Online sites
that falls under it's umbrella has the right to
refuse an order - even after it has been approved by
your Bank, if we deem it as necessary. If we send an e-mail
to you REGARDING your order and we do not receive a response
within 48 hours, please be informed that we may cancel the
order out and refund the card- because we ask for a valid
e-mail address that is connected directly to you and a
non-response send up a red flag to our company on any order.

Free shipping does not apply to exchanges or
returns or for the states of Alaska, Hawaii or the Commonwealth of
Puerto Rico. Any packages being returned by the Carrier due to
unknown address or due to any wrong information supplied by customer
will no longer qualify as free ship and customer will be charged the
cost to ship the returned package.

Status of Order
Accurate Information
Please make sure you provide
accurate, up-to-date, credit card that is the same as what is on
file with your Bank or Credit Union - otherwise your order will
either be delayed for billing address verification or canceled
and your e-mail address must be correct, so that we can contact you.
Typographical Errors:
These errors occur very rarely. However, in the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to
typographical error or error in pricing or product information received
from our suppliers, The Gift Shop's will have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The
Gift Shop's also will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, The Gift Shop's will immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Collection Fees Disclosure
If we must resort to using a collection
agency or legal counsel to collect monies owed to us by you, it is
understood and agreed by you, that you will be liable for all
collection, charge back, penalty and/or legal fees
Wrong Item
Received
If customer
refuse to send back the merchandise that was shipped in error - then it is
agreed that they are accepting the wrong item shipped and if the correct
items has been shipped - then the customer credit card will be charged for
the kept merchandise.

Refused Shipments/Non-Claimed Packages
All refused shipments or
non-claimed packages will be charged a 25% restocking fee,
in addition to the inbound and outbound shipping expenses.
Candy, candles, and personalized items that cannot be resold
will result in a charge of 100% of the purchase price.
**This shipping charge will apply even if you were not
originally charged shipping under free shipping promotions.
Damages/Defective
Please inspect merchandise
upon delivery. The Gift Shop's must be notified immediately and no later
than two (2) days after receipt of defective merchandise for further
instructions. In regard to damage items - once a shipment has left The Gift
Shop's, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to
the shipping company and the customer. If any product is damaged during
transit, any possible reimbursements are an issue that is between the
customer and the shipping company, therefore, you must alert the shipping
company immediately, after inspecting your order. Many shipping companies
require that original packing material be kept until the claim is settled.
We value our customers satisfaction and will make every effort to assist in
helping you resolve these types of claims with the shipper.
Refunds
If a customer is due a full or partial refund and merchandise is being returned or the rest is being shipped, no refund is done until item(s) are received by customer or back to us in good saleable condition.
Once an initial refund is made on a customer credit
card, our systems does not allow us to place another refund transaction on
it. Therefore any subsequent refunds are done via Paypal.com, which will
then allow it to go back to the customer's credit card or checking account.
The only other method is to send you a money order.

requires that you enter your card's verification number.
The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the
back of your (Discover, Visa, MC) card. It appears after and
to the right of your card number. The American Express
verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front
of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card
number.
Mail orders by Personal Check ($30 returned check fee),
Money Order & Cashiers Check. Please be informed that your
order is not processed until your check or money have been
deposited and clear - there is a 5 to 7 business days before
your check or money is deemed cleared. All options
are available when checking out

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Manufacturer defects are those that are best described as a
construction mistake which renders the product unusable. Example of
these defects are (but not limited to) un-secure hinges or those
that has fallen off. Items that do not meet your performance
expectations or those that you just don't care for are not
considered defective.
Package Non-Deliverable Due to Incorrect Shipping Address
All package that is returned by UPS OR
USPS, etc., because of insufficient address - missing apt # etc.,
will only be re-delivered once the second shipping charge is render.
If it is our error, we will immediately reship.
If you decide that you want the order cancelled, or the order has to
be cancelled - once, we (The Gift Shop's) receive your
package back due to incorrect or missing information on your
(customer) behalf, you will only be refunded the cost of the item
(s) minus the 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Please note if we are charged additional money by UPS, or any other
shipper - due to incorrect information, that you placed on your
order - we will pass that charge on to you.
