Our Personalized or Engraved items are non-cancelable or refundable once your order go through - so please be sure that is what you want before checking out. These items are immediately sent out to an Independent Engraver or Printer.

Note: In that rare case where you have no choice to cancel because the event is called off and we find that the engraving or personalization has not been started you will incur a $5.00 fee

BRIDAL OCCASION RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM CANADA
Please note that we request that no package be refused from any of our shipment, however, any package that is shipped from Canada and sent back due to the customer refusing upon delivery, without getting a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#)  will not only incur the non refund of their shipping cost, but of the products also. In Canada at the border, if a box is received back without a code notifying them that it is coming through, they will destroy it, thus it will not be returned back to Manufacturer.   Therefore, it is impetrative, that the shipment is received by you once you ordered it.  At that point,  if you want to return it - then you must contact us via email, so that we can get the special  RMA # from the Manufacturer..
