BABY OCCASION PERSONALIZATION OR ENGRAVED ITEMS

If the address, you wish to have your order shipped to is a Business location and it is not opened on a Saturday - Please refrain from doing so. Because we do not have any control over how long it will take the USPS to deliver your package, once we have ship it (unless you paid for Express), therefore, a package that you are waiting for may end up at the Job or stuck at the Post Office over the weekend that you need your order.

Due to weight of the baby shower Candles or Ceramic, listed shipped weight will increase depending on the amount of items ordered

BABY OCCASION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Our Personalized or Engraved items (Ribbons, Notepads, Magnets) are non-cancelable or refundable once your order go through - so please be sure that is what you want before checking out. These items are immediately sent out to an Independent Engraver or Printer.

Each designer magnet or notepad is personalized with the name(s)and shower date. "Baby Shower" and apostrophe ('s) is automatically added after the name(s) unless we are advised otherwise. Personalized with a verse and two lines of text or no verse, if stated.

Note: In that rare case where you have no choice to cancel because the event is called off and we find that the engraving or personalization has not been started you will incur a $5.00 fee

BABY OCCASION ITEMS WHICH MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

All candy products, Open candy or bubbles, including favor kits

Opened music (CD, VHS, DVD - unless it is damaged)

All personalized items or engraveable (unless there was an error on our part) in which case we will replace with same item at no charge to you

Candles of any kind (we are not responsible for melt candles in the heated months - May 15 - September 15th -)

Clearance, discontinued, or sale items

Disposable cameras

Nothing will be exchanged, returned, or refunded after the date of your event
